Why think about change? Why consider changing your thinking or prospective.
When you consider all the factors involved in owning your own business, change is going to
happen. If you do not prepare for change issues will come up that hit you hard enough to make
you give up. Very few have the drive to keep working at this line of work. Getting involved with
a online business or website is work. The site must be maintained. If you do not work at it the
site will not grow and become anything.
It takes time to figure out how to have a low maintain site, that pretty much handles it’s self.
You still have to maintain the site to a small degree. There is no such thing as set and forget it. If you
do not think about it, it will not produce for you. There are ways to maintain low maintenance sites
like sales pages, squeeze pages, and information pages. Even these have to evolve as time goes on.
You have to a consider time management, cost effectiveness, advertising time and costs. Who is
writing your e-mails, you or someone else, how often to mail for your business needs and
subscribers desires. Environmental changes you will be in, the atmosphere in your home,
boundaries of family member’s influences or distractions.
Very important considerations are how you view yourself and your new business. There are times
you will want to quit, give up, throw the computer out the window, or sue the pants off the person who
just put up the best sales page on the planet for a e-book you could have gotten free out of the
public domain section online, for example Think and Grow Rich.
You have to remember there are people out there who do not care if you spend all your money on stuff
you could have gotten free. You have to educate yourself quickly, how to do research to find competitive
pricing. How you view sales pages, ads, and articles. You can get lost in all the wahoo….quickly if you are
not careful.
It is important to consider seeing the internet world as the largest Sunday paper, and then you might
realize that everyone online is trying to sell you on something; whether or not it is a product, a concept, or
a new idea. When you spend a lot of time on the internet you are being influenced by others, as you would
be, if you spent a lot of time in a mall, bar, college environment, or watched television all the time.
You have to change the way you view of the internet, right from the start, or get sucked into the twilight
zone. Your sanity is banking on the way you view the internet world and so is your wallet. I know been there
and done that. Take it from me. You need to do research and learn your way around before embarking
online to run a business.
Well got to go …more later.
ISSUE 13 -1- How to Stay Positive in the Worst Situations and 2- Great Tips and Ideas for Improving Your Sales
1- How to Stay Positive in the Worst Situations
If you have been in situations you did not know whether not you were going to live you can relate to this portion of this article
this week.
I believe that if you see a negative outcome you will find it. If you force yourself to see a positive outcome you are more likely
to see an escape when it is presented to you. If you let fear rule and take complete control of you, your reactions will be
slowed, or frozen as a stone.
If there is a person who is trying to control the situation you have to give and take. What I mean is let them believe they are in
control and control factors you can control. Use your wits and wisdom to reverse control without them knowing you are
taking control back. I am not sure you understand that point.
When the opportunity presence it’s self and it will, take it. You might get hurt or killed trying to survive but it is better than
being submissive. Have faith in yourself, the powers that be, and let them guide you. You will find away out.
There are times we must fight our way through life, even in the most simplest ways. We feel broken and depressed. This
feeling does not leave us quickly as you might, wish it away. I can tell you from personal experience that, these situations
distorts our thinking and every time some little thing comes up we doubt our judgments because we feel broken. We doubt
our core beliefs in all eternal unseen powers, we have been forsaken.
This is not true. Think of trauma as the unique element that will make you stand out of the crowd. The power you will need to
fulfill your destiny; a hero in your own right. But.....you have to see yourself as such and not the victim any longer.

2- Great Tips and Ideas for Improving Your Sales
I obtained these tips in a package I purchased, thought you could use them.
I'm sure you'll find some great tips and ideas for improving your sales and your relationship with your customers. So let's
get going..
1 - Keep people at your web site for as long as possible. Allow them to download free e-books, sign up for contests, use
free online services, etc. This will help increase your sales. You could use pop-up pages, pop-under pages and exit pages
too. But be warned, this can annoy some visitors. Don’t over do it.
2 - Anticipate any objections your visitors may have about your product’s offer. You must research your
target audience's needs and wants. For example, your target audience may not like businesses that use free web site
domains. Another example, they may not like to buy from web sites that don't accept offline checks.
3 - Remember not to use outrageous or unbelievable claims in your ad copy. People are too savvy online
and won't believe you. For example, don't say, "You can make 1 million dollars in 2 days!" Another example, "You can fold
paper at home and make up to $2000 a day!"
4 - Pick a good name for your business and product. Your names should be memorable and describe the
kind of product you're offering. Names that rhyme are easy to remember. If you're selling information
products you may want the word "publisher" in your business name. You also don't want your name to
have any offensive words or phrases in it.
5 - Solve your customers’ complaints by being quick and friendly. The faster you respond, the more your
customers feel you care about them. You could set up a handy FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) list.
You could also add more ways they contact you faster, like by e-mail, phone, web message system,
fax, instant message, cell phone, etc.
6 - Never think your customers are satisfied with their purchase. You should be constantly finding new ways to over-deliver
and improve your product and service. You could give them free surprise gifts,
survey your customers, take all their opinions and questions seriously, set up focus groups to improve
your product, etc.
7 Market yourself, as well as your product. You could write articles, e-books, do free consulting, do speaking engagements,
etc. You could tell your prospects a little bit about your personal history
too. You could tell them when you were born, where you grew up, tell them about your parents and other
family members, etc.
8 Find new target audiences for your products or services. For example, if you're selling coffee to
stores, try to sell it to coffee shops too. You should always be opening new profit streams for your
business. Try to brainstorm new profit ideas at least once a week.
9 Use the phrase "invest in our product" instead of the words “buy” or “purchase”. This makes prospects feel they're
investing in their future if they buy. You could also tell people how much others have got back from your product by
publishing testimonials of people who have made money or reaped the benefits.
10 Create offline affiliates to market your product. Have people sign up at your web site to sell your products through "house
parties". You could have people taking their laptops to parties and selling
through their affiliate links. They will get paid just like they would online.
11 Use logos and slogans for your business. They make it easier for people to remember and identify
your business. For example, how many times have you had a problem and the first thing that popped
into your mind is some business’ logo or slogan. It's almost like an automatic reaction.
12 Use the word "fast" in your ad. People want fast results, fast delivery, fast ordering, etc. Nowadays,
we usually value our time more than our money. For example, you could say, "Our product works
fast!" Another example, "Our product comes with fast shipping options."
more to come next week!

CANCER
Recently, my partner had radiation treatments, after 10 months of chemotherapy and I have to tell you she
is a pillar of strength to let those doctor's do what they did to her to save her life. I have more respect for
cancer patients today. I did not know the treatments were so horrible. I respect anyone who is willing to
volunteer to such treatments and live through such torment to live.
Now she in physical therapy for the swelling in her arm, Mon- Fri. We live 96 miles from the treatment
center. Gasoline prices are $3.529 gal here. Compared to milk at $3.29 per gallon. Why doesn't anyone
complain about milk prices? Even a healthy loaf of bread cost more than gas. When you compare food to
gas prices food has gone up just as much as fuel in this country. Can hardly afford to eat let alone drive.
Hazel is a excellent example of inner power and dedication to live and find happiness in the end. Her
daughter is 20 years old and her grandchild is only 2 years old. She wants more time with them.
So today I ask you to tell anyone in chemotherapy and radiation treatments to hang in there. Bless them
for having the will to live. So many opt-out of treatments, because it is so hard, makes them so sick, and
the pain they must endure! If you can stop for a moment and give them a helping hand at their home do so.
I am positive they will feel grateful.
